How can I cancel my account?

We do not cancel accounts by email or phone due to security reasons. You must logon to your control panel and use the help section to send us your cancelation request. After we recieve your request we will stop billing you immediatly and your files will be available untill the next billing cycle. If you have registered your domain with us and you are transfering to another hosting company, you will need to transfer the domain name too.
