Outlook setup
Please note, to be able to send/recieve
emails, you first have to open
an email account
START BY OPENING OUTLOOK, GOING TO TOOLS AND SELECTING ACCOUNTS
CLICK ADD AND FROM THE MENU SELECT "MAIL"

TYPE YOUR NAME ( THIS WILL APEAR ON YOUR OUTGOING
MAILS )

TYPE THE NEW MAIL ACCOUNT YOU HAVE CREATED ON OUR
MAIL MANAGER

YOUR POP AND SMTP SERVER IS;
mail.yourdomain.com

TYPE YOUR WHOLE EMAIL ADRESS, NOT ONLY THE PREFIX,
AND YOUR PASSWORD WICH YOU HAVE CREATED
WHEN YOU OPENED YOUR MAIL ACCOUNT

CLICK NEXT AND FINISH

SELECT THE ACCOUNT YOU JUST HAVE CREATED AND CLICK ON PROPERTIES

CLICK THE SERVERS TAB,
CHECK THE BOX "MY SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION" AS SHOWN
BELOW
IF YOU SKIP THIS PART, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SEND MAIL
